September abgeschlossene Projekt wurde vom Bundesamt f\u00fcr Raumentwicklung ARE im Rahmen des F\u00f6rderprogramms Nachhaltige Entwicklung finanziert.<\/p>\n<p>Ziel des Projekts war es, einen Absatzmarkt f\u00fcr die Verwendung von Obst und Gem\u00fcse aus dem Piano di Magadino zu finden, dass \u00fcber die traditionellen Vermarktungswege nicht verkauft werden kann, z.B. Produkte mit \u00e4sthetischen M\u00e4ngeln.<\/p>\n<p>Dem von der Stiftung Parco del Piano di Magadino in Zusammenarbeit mit\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agridea.ch\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AGRIDEA<\/a> und der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agriticino.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Unione contadini ticinesi<\/a> (UCT) (Tessiner Bauernverband), gef\u00f6rderten Projekt schlossen sich in der Folge weitere Organisationen und Personen an: die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tior.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Federazione ortofrutticola ticinese<\/a> (FOFT) (Tessiner Obst- und Gem\u00fcseverband), das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccat.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Centro di Competenze Agroalimentari Ticino<\/a> (CCAT) (Kompetenzzentrum Agro-Lebensmittel Tessin), das<a href=\"https:\/\/www4.ti.ch\/dfe\/de\/sa\/chi-siamo\/ufficio-della-consulenza-agricola\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Ufficio della consulenza agricola del Canton Ticino<\/a> (Landwirtschaftliche Beratungsstelle des Kantons Tessin), die Hersteller und Verarbeiter des Parks sowie Plattformen wie Terranostra.<\/p>\n<p>Das Zusammentreffen verschiedener Akteure schuf neue Synergien. Dank der Diskussionen konnten einige Verbesserungsvorschl\u00e4ge bereits in die t\u00e4gliche Arbeit integriert werden, wie z.B. die Kiste mit Gem\u00fcse zweiter Wahl, die Teilnahme an &#8220;toogoodtoogo&#8221; oder die Integration des Themas in Schulpr\u00e4sentationen oder Informationsabende sowie in die Beratung.<\/p>\n<p>Es zeigt sich, dass das Thema zunehmend auf das Interesse von Erzeugern und Verbrauchern st\u00f6sst.<\/p>\n<p>Die Klassifizierung der landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnisse wirkt sich auf ihre Vermarktung aus. Leider werden nur die hochwertigsten Produkte angemessen bewertet und zu Marktpreisen verkauft. Die Qualit\u00e4tsanforderungen der Verbraucher, die sich meist auf das Aussehen beziehen, beeintr\u00e4chtigen die Vermarktungsm\u00f6glichkeiten erheblich. Die Sensibilisierung der Verbraucher f\u00fcr Kaufmethoden und -kriterien sollte ein vorrangiges Ziel sein, da die Produktionsmethoden, auch wenn sie am Anfang der Kette stehen, stark von ihnen beeinflusst werden.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Das im Dezember 2018 gestartete und am 19.
